I have been visiting the Musikantenbuckl sporadically for more than 20 years and am enthusiastic about the ambience and the very nice operators, as well as the tarte flambee.

Great music, great atmosphere and lovely hosts!

Small but very comfortable, great love staff, on Flammkuchen one tastes the love of the hobby. Recommended!

Since I'm also independent and know how ugly bad reviews are, I waited 2 days until the first trouble was somewhat smoky. Nevertheless, I can not hold this review. I have been sporadic for about 20 years, but always gladly went to the Musikantenbuckel, was also there with two Christmas parties, and always satisfied. What happened to me now, please anyone who reads this, should think up the number of deserved stars. I leave four fields free for coloring! We had agreed for the first weekend in December over 2 months ago, that we celebrate our company Christmas party with 13 people there. Also that we bring 2 musicians (on my account), who make music for us and the other guests, was discussed. That the temporary worker is sick and therefore will be expected to be limited, was also clear for a long time and from my side no problem. The hostess kindly arranged apartments were booked, it should be something special this year. Four days before the Christmas party I had called again and the number of people passed (15 instead of 13 people ...) and had to address again, that the two musicians (so discussed from the beginning) also need a little space to play. The rather evasive answer: "Yes, we'll get it somehow". Three days before the Christmas party then the kick to the knee. By telephone came the message that I had to cancel. It would have been discussed again, it would be too much ... And that, although all the basic data was known for a long time. The impossibility of this action was put into perspective by the fact that the Musikantenbuckel had already often canceled large groups at short notice .... So I stood so 3 days before the celebration there, had to cancel the apartments and suck me a replacement program from the Fingen, of course, totally on the first Saturday in December - no one else makes a Christmas party. This is not a "that can happen" error! This is unprofessional. Sorry, your cellar can be so cozy and the tarte flambée still so delicious - you and all the people from my circle of friends you have seen! Next time just say no on time - and everything is fine ...

Best Flammkuchen ever

It is a stroke of luck when people run such a pub just out of enthusiasm for music! The few places for the Friday concerts are usually sold out, so book tickets in advance. Thanks to personal contacts, good musicians perform here. There are little things to eat, the wine comes from a good Winzerhof from Oberotterbach.

Super individual small restaurant in the basement. There are tarte flambées and little things to eat, sometimes you have to wait a little longer for the waitress, depending on what's going on. Time and again extraordinary events, concerts for which the musician hump is also known nationally.

Small cellar theater with a selected program and friendly service

Simple but very good food. Important: bring a lot of time. The wines are excellent.
